Dimitar Kalajjiev is the most famous wrestler in Bulgaria with over 100,000 followers on social networks.
Wrote the first ever book for brokers, "Doing Deals Like Crazy", was republished this year due to the huge interest in it, and his second book on real estate investments, "Get Rich with BGN 8,333 an Hour" ranked in the section with the most Ciela's reading titles and has already sold nearly 3,000 copies.
He is currently writing a third book about teams - how to successfully create and manage them, which will be published by the end of the year.
He took part as the main consultant in the realtor series "Sofia at Home", playing himself in one of the episodes. He has been in the industry for nearly 10 years and successfully manages three offices in the major cities of the country: Sofia, Plovdiv and Varna with a team of over 80 people.
