Who is Dimitar Kalaidzhiev?

Dimitar Kalajjiev is the most famous wrestler in Bulgaria with over 100,000 followers on social networks.

Wrote the first book of its kind for brokers "Make Deals Like Crazy" , which has already been republished, and his second book on real estate investments "Get Rich with BGN 8333 an Hour " ranked in the section with the most read titles of Ciela and already has sold nearly 3,000 copies.

Dimitar's third book is now a fact - "How to create a team for millions", which is a comprehensive strategy for attracting, retaining and motivating personnel.

He took part as the main consultant in the realtor series "Sofia at Home" , playing himself in one of the episodes. He has been in the industry for over 10 years and successfully manages three offices in the major cities of the country: Sofia, Plovdiv and Varna with a team of over 80 people.

Creator of the first real estate seminar of its kind in the country - "Get Rich with Properties", and over the years he has done hundreds of consultations on the topic of real estate, conducted numerous webinars and made dozens of public appearances in various media: television, radio, social media networks.
